Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Collections inquiries and provide timely acknowledgement and resolution support.
• Manage and prioritize inbox, ensuring inquiries meet service expectations.
• Research and resolve operational, procedural, and system issues with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop business requirements and process documentation for small to medium initiatives.
• Create and execute UAT plans, test cases, and scripts for system/process enhancements.
• Collaborate with peers, management, technical teams, and vendors with clear communication.
• Map business processes and update process flows.
• Resolve system issues with internal staff and vendors.
• Process and reconcile monthly vendor invoices.
• Assist with special projects and continuous improvement in Collections Operations.
