Qualifications

• Can you sell a free appointment with a business owner or buyer?
• Can you earn a business owner’s trust, listen carefully, take good notes, and convince them to sign a listing agreement with no upfront cost?
• Can you prepare compelling information about a business, follow up with buyers, arrange meetings, help negotiate offers, and keep a transaction moving toward closing?
• Can you use MS Excel and an online CRM?
• A real estate license is not required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa. Licensed advisors may also earn commissions from related real estate transactions.
• You’ll have the independence to build your own business with support from an established brokerage network.

Responsibilities
