Job summary

Transworld Business Advisors in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area is seeking a self-motivated Business Advisor to help owners buy and sell businesses. This role offers work-from-home or office options, a flexible schedule, and earnings driven by commissions rather than fixed salary.

No real estate license is required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa. You’ll operate with independence, supported by an established brokerage network, onboarding, mentoring, and access to leads and prospecting

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple transactions and maintain relationships.

As a successful Business Advisor, often called a Business Broker or Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, you will earn substantial commissions.

Last year, Transworld’s top advisor scored more than $3 million, and every year 15 or more exceed $1 million. At least 250 or more of our agents exceed $100k every year in gross commissions. Results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and closed transactions.

Can you sell a free appointment with a business owner or buyer?

Can you earn a business owner’s trust, listen carefully, take good notes, and convince them to sign a listing agreement with no upfront cost?

Can you prepare compelling information about a business, follow up with buyers, arrange meetings, help negotiate offers, and keep a transaction moving toward closing?

If so, you may have what it takes to become a Transworld Business Advisor.

A real estate license is not required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa. Licensed advisors may also earn commissions from related real estate transactions. It’s a great path into commercial real estate for those who already have or may want to get a license.

You’ll have the independence to build your own practice with support from an established brokerage network. Full-time preferred, but part-time options available. Set your own schedule, be your own boss.
