Job summary

JH Cellular is seeking a driven Business Account Manager to grow Verizon wireless solutions for small and medium businesses. This hybrid role blends inside sales, outside sales, and retail support across Wireless Zone locations and remote engagements.

You will prospect, present tailored business plans, and manage relationships with customers while meeting monthly targets. A valid driver’s license and comfortable travel are required; flexible schedules and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (wireless, telecom, B2B, or technology sales strongly preferred).
• Comfortable with both inside and outside sales (retail floor + field work).
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Sales – Sell Verizon wireless products and services to small and medium-sized businesses, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices, business internet, office phone solutions, business plans and fleet management.
• Hybrid Sales Approach – Conduct inside sales from retail locations, outside sales via door-to-door visits, on-site client meetings, and remote/virtual selling.
• Retail Location Support – Identify and close business opportunities from walk-in traffic and train retail reps on business solutions.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Door-to-door canvassing, local networking events, cold calling, email outreach, and CRM lead management.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers and upsell opportunities.
• Training & Development – Conduct regular sessions with retail reps on products, pricing, and sales strategies.
