BWH Hotels is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to support members and hoteliers with purchases, returns, and supplier issues. You will coordinate resolutions, ensure product guidelines are followed, and provide timely service across multiple channels.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, handling inquiries, and maintaining records. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–18 months related customer service or purchasing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and hoteliers with issues arising from purchases with suppliers.
• Negotiate solutions and coordinate between parties to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance on product standards and guidelines to customers.
• Track shipments, process returns, and follow up on freight billing and claims.
• Interface with internal/external contacts including members, suppliers, and staff.
• Handle inquiries on products or orders and assist with payment issues.
• Generate or respond to correspondence and maintain records.
