Travis Credit Union in Vacaville seeks a Branch Services & Cash Operations Leader to steer ATM networks, branch tools, and cash management operations, ensuring secure, reliable member experiences and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with IT, operations, finance, security, and vendors to deploy scalable technology, optimize resources, manage risk, and sustain business continuity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, operations or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in ATM/branch technology and banking operations.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing teams, budgets, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops staff to meet department goals and performance targets.
• Oversees planning, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle of branch technology and ATMs.
• Partners with IT and operations to align tech strategies with enterprise goals.
• Manages analytics, reporting, and performance of ATM, cash, and branch tools.
• Ensures compliance with ADA, PCI, and regulatory requirements; leads continuity planning.
