Travis Credit Union seeks a Central Operations Manager to lead the deposit operations team, drive efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across ACH, wires, and checks. The role emphasizes staff development, vendor management, and project implementation to support member service and growth.

You will oversee automation initiatives, audits, and change management while working within a hybrid schedule at our Vacaville HQ region.

Qualifications

• Leads, trains, evaluates, coaches, and motivates staff to meet department goals.
• Oversees daily operations, driving process improvements and automation to boost efficiency.
• Attends committee meetings and manages departmental budget with cost savings.
• Performs data analysis to improve operational efficiency and timeliness of transactions.
• Leads fraud detection, investigations, alert monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Guides selection and implementation of new technologies for scalable growth.
• Directs change management for regulatory updates and process enhancements.
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures SLAs are met.
