Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience with broad knowledge.
• At least 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent account management skills and client focus.
• Strong communication, people management, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and guide the team to achieve goals.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans and ensure execution.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and meet financial targets.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and performance development.
• Communicate leadership vision and promote IOA values.
• Participate in recruitment and assess merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Manage an assigned book of business up to 50% of time.
