Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Commercial Lines. This hybrid role requires 1 day in the listed offices and oversight of operations, budgeting, staff development, and client service within the branch.

You will participate in acquisitions, manage a book of business as Account Manager, and ensure compliance with IOA policies while promoting a strong IOA culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• 5+ years of industry experience with broad knowledge
• 2+ years of management experience
• Exceptional account management skills (50% of time on book)
• Outstanding communication, people management, and negotiation skills
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and team workflow across the branch.
• Drive annual strategic/tactical plans and budget adherence.
• Manage branch P&L, costs and financial goals.
• Oversee HR processes, staffing, onboarding and policy enforcement.
• Develop leadership, culture, and engagement within IOA team.
