Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the Commercial Lines unit in California. You will lead the branch operations, drive strategic plans, manage budgeting and performance, and serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.

Hybrid work requires 1 day in-office at a listed OC/SoCal location, with occasional on-site needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience, 2+ years of management, and an active P&C license, plus strong leadership,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty license required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations management activities.
• Manage operations team performance, budgeting and planning.
• Oversee branch P&L and cost control.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Serve as Account Manager for assigned book of business.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and sales leadership.
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance.
• Recruiting and onboarding participation.
