Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines in Hybrid mode. Lead branch operations, implement plans, manage P&L, and develop staff while personally overseeing an assigned book of business up to 50% of time.

The role requires a current active P&C license, 5+ years in the industry and 2+ years of management experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive performance across branches.

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty license required.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Exceptional account management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and daily workflow.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs and achieve goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Communicate leadership vision and mentor staff.
• Recruit, onboard and evaluate merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee HR processes and policy compliance.
• Manage an assigned book of business up to 50% time.
