Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academics.
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission, in good standing.
• 3–7 years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters in state and federal courts, admin proceedings, and arbitration
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysis
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial and hearing preparation
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
• Advise employers on employment law compliance and workplace risk management
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's labor and employment practice on complex matters
• Manage case files and litigation deadlines from inception through resolution
