Responsibilities

• Represent employers in state and federal employment litigation, admin proceedings, and arbitration
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysis
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on employment law compliance
• Collaborate with other firm attorneys on complex matters
• Manage case files and deadlines from inception to resolution
