Job summary

Anderson Business Advisors seeks a detail-oriented bookkeeper to deliver high-quality bookkeeping for multiple clients. You will review transaction coding, prepare financial statements, and maintain up-to-date records while advising clients and supporting a team handling day-to-day tasks.

The successful candidate will manage at least 15 client accounts, communicate proactively with clients, and participate in monthly consultations to align financial needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Moderate knowledge of Excel and strong time management.
• Experience handling 15+ client accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Client communication and relationship management including onboarding and monthly check-ins.
• Bookkeeping tasks: maintain records and ensure accurate categorization and coding.
• Generate and interpret financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, GL) and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure timely delivery of client services.
