Qualifications

• 2+ years of QuickBooks experience (Desktop and Online preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Moderate knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience managing at least 15 client accounts simultaneously.
• General accounting knowledge (debits and credits).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with clients about their financials.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and assess their entities, needs, and expectations.
• Conduct monthly client check-ins to gather documentation and understand evolving business needs.
• Schedule and lead consultation meetings with clients.
• Maintain bookkeeping records for various client companies.
• Review client transactions for accurate categorization and coding.
• Generate and interpret financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, general ledger, customized reports).
• Address past bookkeeping issues to bring books up to date.
• Partner with global team to ensure efficient service delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
