Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a licensed BCBA to join a team committed to clinical quality and ethical, trauma-informed care. The role focuses on individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy with flexible scheduling including work-from-home days.

You'll engage in mentorship, ongoing training, and a strong RBT supervision framework, with realistic caseloads and opportunities for professional growth through quarterly bonus programs and dedicated

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians.
