Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy with a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to provide supervision of RBTs.
• 2–3 years of experience in ABA field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments.
• Design behavior and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Your Key Tasks

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments


• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual


• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians


• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.


• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)


• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.


• Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
