Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC in Asheboro, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized programming for learners, prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy. You’ll work with a collaborative team in a neuroaffirming, assent-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement data-driven treatment plans.
• Contribute to a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed care approach.
