Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support BIM services across MEP projects. You will establish and maintain models, coordinate workflows, and manage project documentation while ensuring BEP compliance and template optimization.

The role requires collaboration with engineers, designers, and BIM leadership, plus strong Revit/AutoCAD skills and knowledge of ACC/Forma. Hybrid schedule with two in-office days.

Formación

• 3+ years in the AEC industry with Revit and AutoCAD experience.
• Understanding BIM processes across MEP projects.
• Strong communication of modeling requirements to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, organize, and maintain Revit models and related project files.
• Review BEPs and align BIM scope with client requirements.
• Coordinate BIM workflows with engineers, designers, and managers.
• Oversee plotting, printing, exporting, and document production.
• Perform QC reviews to identify graphical and modeling issues.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with BIM Manager to improve standards and templates.
• Maintain model/document sharing platforms for subconsultants.
