Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our BIM team in a hybrid role requiring two in-office days per week. The role focuses on coordinating BIM workflows across MEP projects, maintaining models, and ensuring adherence to BEPs and standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, experience with ACC/ Forma, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality BIM

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AEC with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BIM processes across MEP projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Set up, organize, and maintain Revit models and linked models.
• Review BEPs and communicate client requirements to project teams.
• Coordinate BIM workflows with engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Oversee plotting, printing, and document production activities.
• Perform QC reviews to identify graphical inconsistencies and errors.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with BIM Manager to develop standards and templates.
• Support model and document-sharing platforms for coordination with subconsultants.
