Glumac is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support BIM services across MEP projects, establishing and maintaining models, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance with BEPs and standards. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver accurate, coordinated project deliverables in a hybrid work setting.

• 3+ years of experience in AEC with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding BIM processes across full MEP lifecycle.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication; manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ACC/Forma and cloud-based model management.
• Ability to work onsite at least two days per week under hybrid schedule.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain Autodesk Revit models and linked models.
• Review BEPs and align with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers on BIM workflows.
• Oversee plotting, rendering, and document production processes.
• Perform QC reviews to identify graphical inconsistencies and issues.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and training sessions.
• Support coordination with clients and external stakeholders on BIM needs.
• Collaborate with BIM Manager to implement standards and templates.
• Maintain model and document-sharing platforms for subconsultants.
