Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks a BIM Coordinator to support MEP projects through BIM coordination, model management, and quality control. You will maintain project models, implement BEPs, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, experience with ACC/Forma, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AEC with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Understanding BIM processes across full MEP lifecycle
• Able to communicate technical concepts to project teams and clients
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Autodesk Revit models and linked models per standards
• Review and implement BEPs and communicate deviations
• Coordinate BIM workflows with engineers, designers, PMs and external stakeholders
• Oversee plotting, printing, exporting, and document production
• Perform QC reviews of BIM models and project documentation
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and training
• Collaborate with Project Engineer/Manager on BIM requirements
• Develop and implement BIM standards and templates
• Maintain model/document sharing platforms with subconsultants
