Job summary

Fox Corporation, via Red Seat Ventures, seeks a Billing Coordinator to support Finance & Ad Sales. The role focuses on managing billing workflows, ensuring revenue integrity, and maintaining strong client relationships across platforms.

The position partners with Account Executives, agencies, and internal teams to resolve issues, verify IO delivery, and optimize billing processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in media, advertising, billing, or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with ad sales/billing systems is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales and billing processes using sales systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance and external customers to resolve invoice issues.
• Verify delivery against IOs and review campaign reports for billing accuracy.
• Maintain billing SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with Revenue Ops and Accounting on monthly invoice revisions and approvals.
• Ensure IOs align with media plans, pricing and terms.
• Handle special billing requests and respond to AE inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely billing and client relations.
