Job summary

Red Seat Ventures, a FOX Corporation company, is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support our Finance & Ad Sales organization. This role handles end-to-end billing workflows, collaborates with Account Executives, agencies, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution, revenue integrity, and strong client relationships across platforms.

Preferred 2+ years in media, advertising, or billing, with experience in billing systems such as STBS/WideOrbit/Salesforce/Workday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in media, advertising, billing, or sales ops with billing discrepancies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with STBS, WideOrbit, Salesforce, Workday or similar systems is a plus.
• AI tooling experience for efficiency and reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Customer-service mindset focused on accuracy and revenue support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales and billing using sales systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance and clients to resolve issues.
• Review campaign reports and IOs to verify delivery against contracts.
• Maintain billing process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve billing accuracy and cash flow.
• Work with Revenue Operations and Accounting on monthly invoice revisions.
• Ensure IOs align with approved media plans and terms.
• Submit, track, and resolve special billing requests.
• Respond to AE requests related to billing details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely billing.
• Address billing inquiries and maintain client relationships.
