Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, ERP systems, and understanding of accounting principles related to receivables and revenue recognition.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Billing & invoicing: prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify billing data, pricing, contracts, and supporting documents prior to invoice generation.
• Generate recurring and project-based invoices according to contractual terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and assist with process improvements.
