Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to manage storage billing for four locations. The role emphasizes accuracy, faster processing, and cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Accounts Receivable.

Hybrid work is available, with in-office presence required two days per week in North Dallas, TX. The position supports the Finance team and offers opportunities to improve manual processes and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process storage invoices for four locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage high volume of change requests via Samanage ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process credit memo requests per credit matrix approval process.
• Confirm and document new clients, property disposals, property transfers, and client move-outs, ensuring billing adjustments are accurate.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities and communications.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational needs.
• Ensure all billing data is accurate and complete in Google Sheets and related systems.
• Support process improvements to streamline manual billing procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
