EmployBridge's Dallas Business Service Center is seeking a Billing Clerk to process weekly billing for 30 to 40 branches nationwide. You will ensure accurate invoices, meet deadlines, and report to the Billing Manager in Farmers Branch, TX.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of clerical experience, strong customer service, and intermediate Excel skills. Hybrid schedule includes in-office and WFH days, with responsibilities across departments and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clerical experience.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire billing process from balancing to sending invoices for assigned branches on time.
• Ensure compliance with control objectives.
• Interact with departmental colleagues, branches and clients as needed.
• Respond promptly to emails and Help Desk tickets.
