Job summary

Verizon in the United States is seeking an Analyst-Billing to oversee a $3B+ annual revenue stream across all Verizon-branded products and sales channels. This role is highly analytical and operational, combining invoicing, auditing, trend analytics, and data mining to ensure the absolute accuracy of our financial statements.

You will partner with department leadership to drive system enhancements, implement pricing updates, and develop new invoicing methodologies while maintaining data

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analytics and data analytics.
• Experience in invoicing, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end invoicing and auditing processes for multiple product categories.
• Conduct trend analytics and data mining to ensure timely, accurate financial records.
• Partner with leadership to implement system and procedural improvements.
• Coordinate user testing and deployment of system changes.
• Analyze new invoicing procedures to support launches and acquisitions.
• Manage pricing updates and billing reports to maintain data integrity.
• Prepare detailed reports for cross-functional teams.
