Job summary

Restore NYC is seeking a Bilingual Intensive Case Manager to deliver holistic, trauma-informed case management for survivors of trafficking. You will work in a team guiding adults across housing, immigration, and health services, with frequent in-community advocacy across NYC.

The role combines office work with mobile outreach, requiring strong communication in English and Spanish, and a commitment to survivor-centered care within a Christian-informed nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (MSW, LMSW, or MHC).
• Fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Working knowledge of trauma, PTSD, and mental health concerns.
• Ability to travel across New York City for mobile advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Clinical case management for survivors of trafficking, in Spanish and English.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate with psychiatric, therapeutic, and medical providers as needed.
• Provide mobile advocacy and accompany clients to court, appointments, and services.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements.
