Zusammenfassung

Gallagher Security, a global technology leader, seeks an energetic Sales Development Representative to support the US and Canada markets. You will research target accounts, conduct outreach, respond to inbound interest, and qualify leads via email and calls.

The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Canton Atlanta office, collaborating with sales and marketing to create campaigns and drive pipeline. Fluency in French and English is required to communicate with prospective customers across Canada.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or demand generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Follow up on inbound marketing leads, qualify interest, and provide prospects with the right information at the right time.
• Research target markets, build prospect lists, identify key decision makers, and develop a clear understanding of customer requirements.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, email, social media, campaigns, webinars, seminars, and conferences.
• Conduct discovery and qualification conversations, communicate Gallagher Security’s value, and deliver high level, solution oriented presentations.
• Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations, then hand opportunities to Business Development Managers or Regional Sales Managers.
• Nurture prospects until they are ready to engage with sales, building trusted relationships as an early point of contact.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and qualification records in the CRM and ensure effective follow through across the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical colleagues to improve campaigns, refine outreach, and support regional growth.
