Gallagher Security in the United States (Georgia) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Canadian and U.S. markets. You’ll research target accounts, conduct outreach, and qualify leads through email and calls, partnering with sales and marketing to run campaigns.

This hybrid role requires fluency in French and English and two-plus years in related sales or demand generation. You’ll nurture early opportunities and hand them to managers as needed.

Formación

• 2+ years of inside sales, demand generation, telemarketing, customer service, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proactive outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on inbound marketing leads, qualify interest, and provide prospects with the right information at the right time.
• Research target markets, build prospect lists, identify key decision makers, and understand customer requirements.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, email, social media, campaigns, webinars, and conferences.
• Conduct discovery and qualification conversations, present Gallagher Security’s value.
• Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations, hand opportunities to sales managers.
• Nurture prospects until ready to engage with sales, building early relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure follow through across the sales cycle.
