Ping Identity is hiring a Sales Development Representative who is fluent in French and English to feed the sales pipeline from Vancouver, Canada, with remote work options. You will identify new prospects, educate them, and qualify opportunities for the sales team across inbound and outbound activities.

You will use Salesforce to maintain data integrity, work with Marketing to meet regional goals, and continually learn the IAM market while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Formación

• Experience managing prospects and pipeline via CRM.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Previous SaaS sales experience.
• Self-starter with interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Confident engaging new prospects over the phone.
• Experience converting a No into a qualified sales call.
• Strong communication and social media skills to access markets.

Responsabilidades

• Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities.
• Achieve key metrics for sales growth monthly and quarterly.
• Identify prospective companies in the assigned territory or vertical.
• Perform research on companies as part of lead generation and qualification.
• Navigate organizations to obtain needed information.
• Build and maintain alignment with Sales and Marketing to meet regional objectives.
• Learn the market and the business; set goals with mentors.
• Ensure Salesforce data integrity and use of the Sales Engagement Tool.
