Job summary

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist to manage delinquency through negotiation and customer care.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong communication, and attention to detail, with 100 outbound calls daily and a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. You will serve 1,700–2,000 mortgage accounts, review escrow and loan documents, and support loss mitigation efforts while aligning with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• 0–1 year experience in collections, call center or loan servicing preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type at least 25 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to collect past-due mortgage payments and resolve delinquency.
• Assist customers with escrow, loan documents and portal usage.
• Document activities in the mortgage collections system and coordinate with teams.
