Job summary

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist to resolve customer delinquency through negotiation and problem-solving, while adhering to company, state, and federal guidelines.

The role reports to the Team Lead and operates on a hybrid schedule (in-office four days, one day remote after training). The position requires Spanish-English fluency, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage 1,700–2,000 accounts, making roughly 100 outbound calls

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in collections, call center, or loan servicing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to collect on past-due mortgage payments.
• Review and resolve delinquency accounts with loss mitigation options.
• Coordinate with other departments and document all activities.
• Ensure timely sending and processing of required paperwork.
