Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist to negotiate delinquency resolutions while complying with all guidelines.

You will report to the Team Lead and educate customers on timely payments, delivering excellent service and identifying appropriate assistance options. The role requires 0–1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in collections, call center, or loan servicing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reviews and audits on delinquent accounts.
• Make outbound calls to collect past-due mortgage payments.
• Assist borrowers with escrow, insurance, and loan documents inquiries.
• Document activities in mortgage collections system.
