Job summary

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. The role focuses on negotiating delinquent accounts, educating customers on payment options, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

You will report to the Team Lead in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include outbound calls, reviewing accounts, and documenting activities in the mortgage collections system while striving to meet goals and deliver

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year experience preferred.
• Typing speed at least 25 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100 outbound calls daily to collect on past due mortgage payments.
• Manage a portfolio of 1,700-2,000 accounts.
• Assist with escrow, insurance claims, and loan documents.
