Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist to manage delinquency via negotiation and client education. The role reports to the Team Lead in Loan Servicing, offering a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work after training.

You will communicate with customers, analyze accounts, and apply loss mitigation options in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, with 0-1 year of experience and strong attention

Competenze

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in Collections, Call Center or Loan Servicing is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Working knowledge of View/AS400 system.

Mansioni

• Performs outbound calls to collect past due mortgage payments and resolve delinquency.
• Services a portfolio of 1,700-2,000 accounts and assists borrowers with mortgage questions.
• Assists customers with escrow, insurance claims, and loan documents; documents communications.
• Performs outbound emails and maintain timely updates in systems.
• Attends team and department trainings and meetings.
