Horizon Next, a Horizon Media analytics-driven unit, is seeking a data and analytics professional to expand our capabilities and empower media decision-making for clients. You will work with senior BI colleagues to model data, build accessible data products, and ensure data quality across models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analytics or business field.
• 1–3 years of analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• 1–2 years of experience in media, advertising, or a related industry.
• 1–3 years using SQL in a professional setting.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Horizon Next data and analytics capabilities across teams (70%).
• Model data and build reusable data products for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to bring new data sources into the warehouse.
• Drive education and adoption of data products to inform campaign decisions.
