Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Full Stack Analytics Developer (BI Analyst) to blend application development, BI, and UX to deliver value for our rural financial services. You will design scalable analytics apps, build data models, and produce intuitive visualizations to drive business decisions.

You'll partner with stakeholders, data professionals, and tech teams to implement reporting solutions that improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 0–5 years of software development, analytics, or BI experience.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Python development and scripting.
• Knowledge of UX design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain web-based BI applications.
• Develop data models and optimize SQL queries for reporting.
• Create Power BI dashboards and visual analytics for stakeholders.
• Design intuitive UX and collaborate with business teams.
• Participate in end-to-end SDLC and code reviews.
