Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a Full Stack Analytics Developer to blend application development, BI, analytics, and UX to deliver impactful solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data professionals, and tech teams to build scalable apps, data models, and reporting that support a data-driven culture.

The role emphasizes Power BI reporting, API and backend services, and user-centered design to ensure usable and valuable analytics across the organization. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 5 years in software analytics or BI roles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Python development and scripting.
• Understanding of modern web app development concepts.
• Knowledge of UX design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.
• Create front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and support.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance and usability.
• Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with BI teammates and business teams on reporting needs.
• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visual analytics.
