Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Manager, Development to drive utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the U.S. from identification through start of construction.

The role may focus geographically based on experience and company needs, and requires leadership of BESS, wind and solar development with community engagement. Hybrid work is available with Houston encouraged; remote candidates must travel to Houston regularly and for project travel.

Responsibilities

• Advance one or more priority projects to construction-ready status.
• Represent Repsol with project communities and landowners.
• Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and land status maps.
• Support interconnection requests and interconnection queue progress.
• Assist in commercial marketing, financial analysis, and project financing.
