Job summary

Colorado PERA in Denver seeks a seasoned Benefits Business Analyst II to lead enterprise-wide process improvements for DB, DC, 401(k), and 457 plans. You will collaborate with Product, Project, Change Management, and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable improvements and to support UAT and testing.

The role requires documenting requirements, developing KPIs and dashboards, and guiding stakeholders through ADKAR-based change initiatives while maintaining compliance with PERA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Five years of benefit administration, business analysis, project management, product management, QA, and/or continuous process improvement experience; or equivalent.
• Experience with benefit administration systems and process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience creating process maps, user stories, BRDs, testing plans, or other documentation.
• Experience working with both non-technical end users and technical staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Visio; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide business process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and related frameworks.
• Lead UAT efforts and manage test plans and user stories.
• Develop and maintain interfaces and infrastructure of benefit administration systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, Application Development, consultants, and contractors to translate requirements into solutions.
• Create dashboards to monitor KPI’s and project progress.
