Job summary

Pace in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Coordinator to support health benefits administration for bargained and non-bargained employees. The role includes enrolling employees in medical, dental, and vision plans, FSAs, and COBRA, resolving benefit issues, and handling vendor forms through a third party portal.

You will assist with the annual open enrollment, wellness events, and maintain benefit records with strong customer service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Two years of administrative, clerical, customer service or office support experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in the administration of bargained and non-bargained employee health benefits.
Enroll eligible employees in medical, dental, vision, FSA, Dependent Care FSA and COBRA benefits.
Research and resolve participant benefit issues.
Monitor monthly vendor payments using Oracle and ACH payment process requests.
Enter and monitor Universal Transmittal Forms using a TPA employer portal.
Assist with annual open enrollment and the wellness health fair.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefit files.
Communicate benefits changes to employees and collaborate with HR team.
