Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks an experienced Benefits Administrator to oversee and administer employee benefit programs while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will support benefits administration, leave management, unemployment claims, and wellness initiatives, serving as a key resource for employees and leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in benefits administration and strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and leave processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience managing health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, disability, and leave administration.
• Working knowledge of benefits compliance and employment regulations.
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and FSA/HSA.
• Manage enrollments, status changes, terminations, and eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and employee communications.
• Serve as primary contact for benefit questions and concerns.
• Partner with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues.
