Responsibilities

• Facilitates relations between the agency and the community by communicating agency policies and programs to clients and partners.
• Conducts interviews with clients to screen for eligibility and collect information for applications.
• Safely manage sensitive client information and draft persuasive narratives for benefit applications.
• Travel to various locations across LA County for client engagement and field work.
• Maintain regular follow-up on applications and coordinate with case management partners.
