Qualifications

• One year's experience in either (1) staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, procedure, program, budget or personnel, or (2) a highly responsible secretarial capacity, or (3) a responsible supervisory clerical capacity.
• Experience with Excel and Salesforce for budgeting and reporting.
• Familiarity with generating data-based analyses, reports, and budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial assistance requests for program participants.
• Maintain client data and records in Salesforce.
• Run and organize Salesforce reports and develop data-based analyses.
• Assist with preparation of reports and presentations.
• Document processes and procedures for reporting and analyses.
• Provide analyses of spending trends and support stakeholders with findings.
