Job summary

Heluna Health in Los Angeles seeks a Management Analyst (Contracts Administration) to support the Contracts Administration and Monitoring Division. You will work on developing RFPs, RFQs, RFA, and WOS, coordinating with HSH executives and program managers, and ensuring timely contract actions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while collaborating with county partners.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR four years of experience performing basic to routine analytical assignments.
• Live Scan clearance with the County of Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of solicitation documents including RFPs, RFQs, RFAs, and Work Order Solicitations, coordinating with executives and program managers.
• Research requests for contract amendments and advise on appropriate actions.
• Assist in drafting board letters, contracts and amendments and coordinate with County offices as needed.
• Identify contractual and funding problems and work with contractors to resolve them.
• Help formulate policies and procedures for contract development.
• Provide strategic recommendations on procurement and contracting and prepare supporting materials.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations as needed.
• Review contractors' compliance with licensure, insurance, Living Wage and Jury Duty ordinances.
