Job summary

Lockton Northeast is seeking an Account Manager to support day-to-day servicing of clients under guidance of the Unit Manager and Account Executives. The role focuses on transactional excellence and exceptional customer service, leveraging Lockton resources and policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating claims, compliance, billing, and plan questions; leading client service calls; managing open enrollment communications; and ensuring timely deliverables with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least two years of benefits insurance, HR, or consulting experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily administrative and service tasks including claim, compliance, billing, and plan questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deadlines.
