Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of benefits insurance experience and/or insurance broking/consulting.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads client strategy and oversees service delivery across all practices; accountable for client deliverables.
• Maintains strong relationships with key client contacts and coordinates senior-level communications.
• Provides expert coverage and benefits consulting advice to assigned clients.
• Plans and develops annual renewal strategy with client input.
• Manages communication and ensures alignment between client objectives and Lockton resources.
