Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Client Manager to lead day-to-day servicing for Northeast clients under guidance from senior managers. The role emphasizes marketing, placement, and comprehensive client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes.

The Associate will train through the Northeast Career Advancement Program, aiming for technical excellence and career progression while delivering transactional excellence and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education/experience required or preferred.
• Five years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience and/or insurance broking/consulting experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to comply with company policies and protect client confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Supports Unit Manager, Account Executive or Senior Client Manager on complex Lockton Northeast clients.
• Owns service delivery and renewal process on a designated book of business.
• Responds to client inquiries and maintains documentation of communications and resolutions.
• Provides client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes and protection strategy.
• Gathers and compiles exposure information from the client and reviews program details with insurers.
• Leads meetings with clients and supports underwriter relationships as needed.
• Performs contract reviews and processes audits and endorsements.
• Participates in special projects to support Northeast priorities.
